Welcome to Trak Vault! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your participation in advertising on our platform, which is operated by Trak Vault LLC. 1. Eligibility

Businesses and individuals may advertise on Trak Vault. Advertisers must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into binding contracts. We reserve the right to approve or reject any advertiser at our sole discretion.

2. Advertising Content

All advertisements must comply with applicable laws, industry standards, and our content policies. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Illegal, misleading, or deceptive materials
• Hate speech, violence, or discriminatory content
• Malware, phishing, or harmful software
• Any content that infringes on intellectual property rights

Advertisements featuring mature content may have restrictions placed on them, including limits on where and to whom they are shown, to keep the app appropriate for its audience. Advertisements containing nudity, drug references or pornographic content will not be considered.

3. Approval and Placement

Advertisements are subject to our review and approval. We reserve the right to:

• Determine ad placement, format, and appearance
• Reject or remove ads that violate these Terms
• Modify ad placement for optimization or compliance

4. Visibility Restrictions

We reserve the right to place restrictions on the visibility of advertisements, including limiting exposure based on content appropriateness. Additionally, we may impose restrictions on the images and videos used in advertisements to maintain platform integrity and user experience.

5. Payments and Fees

Advertisers agree to pay all applicable fees associated with their advertising campaigns.

Payment terms include:

• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Payments must be made in accordance with our billing policies
• Late payments may result in suspension or termination of advertising services

6. Performance and Reporting

While we strive to maximize ad performance, we do not guarantee specific results. Advertisers are responsible for tracking their own analytics and performance metrics.

7. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any advertising account without prior notice for violations of these Terms or any unlawful activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

Trak Vault LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from advertising services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant advertising services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, advertisers will be prompted to review and accept the revised Terms. Continued use of our advertising services will require acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States. Nothing in this document shall supersede or override any applicable federal, state, or local laws within the United States.
